Eligibility for Refunds
Digital Products
Refunds are not provided once the digital product has been downloaded; the sale is final.
Physical Products
Refunds for physical products are possible only if the product has not been dispatched. For approved refunds, we will credit the amount within 7-10 business days.
Technical Issues
Refunds are available if there is a technical issue with the product that our support team cannot resolve. This includes problems such as corrupted files or download issues.

Evaluation Process
Our team will evaluate your request and respond within 24 hours. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process a refund. But mostly, we’ll send digital products one more time.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for digital products if you simply change your mind after purchase. Please ensure that you review product descriptions and requirements carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds are not provided for compatibility issues unless specified otherwise. Please check product requirements to ensure compatibility with your device or software before purchasing.
Returns
Digital Nature of Products
As most of the products are digital, returns are not applicable. Once the product is downloaded, it cannot be returned.
